USE a bowl.

The world over, many people primarily consume their meals from a bowl. Others simply use their hands. There are a vast number of reasons for both approaches, but the simple truth of the matter is biology, psychology, and individual tendencies tend to influence our food consumption levels when we dine off of plates. So, a simple hack to eat less and take a little better care of your body both from a physical and aesthetic standpoint is to eat from a bowl. You will eat less without trying, and feel full to boot. And, if you’re really feeling adventurous, stuff that bowl with the sort of foods non-Western cultures tend to eat, and you’ll double you benefit. Oh, and I’m not talking about a super-sized bowl, here… think a bowl no bigger than the size of your hand. Basketball players and other gifted individuals with atypically sized hands, no cheating…
